Nope, will wait until it's official.
Given that the TV special hosted by Jamie and Victoria is some three hours long, I'm wagering it's not many episodes and that they might be showing all of them. Otherwise, it's a bizarre thing to have a special three hours long to cover a hundred new finds.

According to the papers, what's been found isn't exactly a motherlode - just two episodes from Patrick Troughton's second season. Not sure how much stock I'd put in that, but it admittedly seems a good deal more likely than all or most of the missing episodes all showing up at once.

Surprised this hasn't been posted yet - apparently it was 10 missing episodes found in Nigeria, including the complete run of "Enemy of the World" and four of the missing five episodes of "Web of Fear".

They are presently available for purchase on line at iTunes.

Eleven episodes were found in an old vault, nine of which were lost ones.

EDIT: Here's my source.

Yes, two of those found were previously discovered. That leaves one episode of Web of Fear missing - hope it's not the one with the first appearance of the Brigadier. It's number 3 - can't remember when he first meets the Doctor, but it's either 2 or 3. Fingers crossed.

Never thought I'd be so glad that newspapers are still too dumb to know the difference between "serial" and "episode"! :P

Unfortunately, the episode from Web of Fear that's still missing IS the one where the Brigadier makes his first appearance, unless you want to count the few moments in the second episode where he's played by a body double. Fortunately, between the material they already had and the newly recovered episodes, they should have been able to do a pretty good reconstruction.

They have released previous lost episodes to VHS and DVD for example the Tomb of the Cybermen.

Others had animation fill in the gaps, for example The Invasion and the Ice Warriors.

Thus I don't see why they can't release Enemy of the World onto DVD and eventually do an animation to cover the missing episode of the Web of Fear. I of course will buy it.

They are, Enemy is out on DVD is about a month I think and Web of fear next year (presumably after they animate the missing episode).

I do wonder if they had some idea about the Web of fear turning up when they started the Great Intelligence come back last year.

Do I need a spoiler warning on a 45 year old episode trailer? :P

There are moments in there, where I can really see where Smith got his inspiration. (especially evident in the Enemy of the World trailer at around the 55sec mark)

Fucking AWESOME. I can't wait to get the DVDs. I don't care what they cost.

Enemy of the World in particular looks fantastic. I'm putting it on the list of DVDs I want to buy.

Very conviniently, my girlfriend asked me yesterday what I wanted for Christmas. It's something of a tradition that she gives me Doctor Who DVDs so this seems perfectly timed :D
