Pris is not a robot, under most definitions, nor a cyborg nor a hologram.
Voltron is a set of piloted craft, so if they're "robots", so is a 747.

The original blog post linked to in the OP just said, Synthetics. Which should be accurate all semantics notwithstanding.

That was my first thought as well, I completely forgot about AI. Might have something to do with his neighbors (well at least the ones I recognized at a glance with no thought) being of the deadly variety. Seriously, we've got the Westworld cowboy robot, a Dalek, a classic Cylon, ED-209, an Agent from The Matrix; surely the kid with the cute teddy bear must be dangerous somehow... the Screamers kid.LadyTevar wrote:YES! Screamers. I read Philip K. Dick's short story long before I saw the movie. The movie is as good as the book, despite the changes they made. Still think the Teddy is the scariest of them allTsyroc wrote:Was that movie Screamers with Peter Weller? Even the teddy bear was a killing machine full of blades.LadyTevar wrote: AI I mistook for another movie, where a little boy with a teddy bear was a nasty Terminator-style killing machine.
