As I said in the other thread. Comic Grimlock rules and kicks so much arse. Both The War Within version where he is a large tank http://www.mechaex.com/grimlock1024.jpg
and the T-Rex version.

Yup. At the end of the original Marvel Comics 6-issue mini-series. Optimus Prime, Mirage, Brawn, Huffer, Bluestreak and Bumblebee had just creamed Megatron and the entire Decepticon army (with the help of Energon sabotaged by Spike's father). Then, just after Optimus makes the big 'We owe everthing to Sparkplug Witwicky' speech, the whole bunch of them get blown across the volcano chamber. Who should drop down but Shockwave?

Shockers ends up as the Decepticon Leader for about 50 issues after that. He and Megatron exchange lumps until almost the end of the comic series (about 250 issues later). It is only resolved when Rachet crashes a starship with him aboard into Earth.

BTW, I meant to say 'into'. It is more of a ramming manoeuvre than a crash-landing.
BenRG - Liking Star Trek doesn't mean you have to think the Federation stands a chance!
