Your username is quite apropos, especially since that's not accurate; it's modelled after one of the Angels, Angels which have been repeatedly defeated. Hardly omnipotent or implicative of such.
it has regenerated itself from scraps of an enemy after having a limb severed.
And you think it will be able to regenerate itself from scraps of the ISD after the ISD has vaporized the Eva... how?
And in EoE it nearly brought about the End of the World. While the events in EoE are not what would happen at all in a battle with an ISD there is definitely some untapped power we never exactly saw.
Power unavailable in any other circumstance, unless you have magic new facts testifying otherwise.

What if the ISD crew is NOT human? Would the Third Impact affect them? Do their souls even belong to the same sphere as humans, seeing that they were not descended from Eve?

Anyhow, the ISD takes it. Too much firepower.

I don't know. But I think that the Eva 01 would most likely lose.

And while an Eva's AT Field would most likely be destroyed by a 180 GW positron beam, it's not a good idea to automatically assume that such a beam would pierce through any AT Field, either Angel or Eva.

The AT Fields of the Angels varied greatly in strength, from the pathetic Matariel to the nigh-invincible Zeruel; and I don't think that the strength of the AT Fields of the Evas aren't known.

Just making a comment.

I believe in a sign of Zeta.

If a 180 GW positron beam is enough to break through(and in the dubbed version I watched, I heard 'It's -somenumber- kilowatts') then the 14,000 gigaton salvo the ISD will be able to bring to bear with a single broadside will utterly cook it.

IIRC it was 180,000,000 kilowatts.. but putting 180 gigawatts is easier.

Well unless EVA Unit 01 can rip through energy shields like the ISD's, then there's not much that it can do to harm the ISD, I doubt that even the entire planet's arsenal of N2 bombs (just under a thousand, and each would only be in the kiloton to megaton range) and the big positron rifle (assuming that it can handle more than 180 gigawatts) could really hurt an ISD.

An ISD can do this too... without any problems... ( can I hear someone saying BDZ ? )
