Jessica Alba doesn't do it for me. If you want a hottie from one of the less prominent sci-fi shows, try Eva Habermann (she played Zev in LEXX):

I'd have to go with Willow from Buffy. She's one of the few people I've considered hot who I've seen without makeup that didn't look more like something from a horror movie. Honestly, most acting people are not that attractive without the makeup and special lighting. As much as I though Shane Vansen was beautiful in S:AAB, Kirsten Cloke is not that pretty off-camera, IMHO.

Wong, I’m with you on Eva. Although I like Xenia’s portrayal of the character much better, she can’t compare in the eye candy department. I think I have to go with Natalie or Terry Farrell though. I’m partial to brunettes.

Maybe if Eva let the bleach out of her hair…

BTW: Does anyone have last week's Season 7 Buffy that they'd be willing to send me over the IRC channel? I was stupid and missed it completely, and I'm pretty sure it was a new one.

DW, I agree she's got a beautiful face, but light blondes aren't really my thing. I prefer brunettes or redheads over any blonde, and a dark blonde over a light blonde, and I prefer natural hair color to dyed 99% of the time (some people just have naturally ugly hair). Now, if she were a redhead...YUM!
