Good point. But probably not for attack, but rather stealth.

Unless perhaps they get into the victim's lungs and cause whooping cough or something.

Vastly weaker, WHFB Vampires, or rather the more prominent ones are the sorts of guys who raise vast armies of undead and go and harvest the living.

It varies depending on what Bloodline they are, but even the most magic oriented and feeble Vampires, (Necrarchs) are infinitely superior to humans physically, In one case, several Skeleton warriors are standing in front of a Necrarchs human apprentice who has rebelled against his master during the day, the Necrarch blitzs through the Skeletons reducing them to dust and fragments, then snaps the humans neck.

Let's not go there...Alucard is rather special and the Mist he uses by then is poison version.

Course...at that point he's able to crush most minor gods.
