There is a rank above Admiral, then? I wasn't sure about that.

Oh, and side note: those are some nasty marks on Pegasus Six's back.

The mystery ship's a spawn point!

Sorry, bad joke. OK, so it allows them to transmit their consciousness back to the Colonies so they can be uploaded into a new body.

Dammit, it's breaking up.....what were the lines between "I know that Cain is" and "A new body"?

OK, so it was just coughing and hacking. It was something with the transmission, because even the closed captioning broke up.

Nitram, slightly high on cough syrup: Do you know you're beautiful?
Me: Nope, that's why I have you around to tell me.
Nitram: You -are- beautiful. Anyone tries to tell you otherwise kill them.

I get the feeling that Roslyn wants Cain out the way so when she finally dies, Adama can run the fleet, which would be better for everyone since Adama can actually give the fleet a chance of survival.

At least in real life navies the rank of Grand or Fleet Admiral is superior: http://www.answers.com/main/ntquery;jse ... %20Admiral

I decided to look it up, and Moore's blog places Admiral as the highest rank, so Cain'd still have seniority over Adama.

Hell the president could just relieve Cain of command.

In theory.

Yeah, I know Cain wouldn't submit.
