I think Mira Furlan was all right when she was younger, but the word "HOT" has certain connotations which don't fit. Take a look at the pics of Eva on the previous page, and you will see HOT.

Not only that, but she always speaks as though she's about to run out of breath. That voice got really fucking annoying after the first few seasons.

Umm, you do realize that Delenn's voice was an act rather than Furlan's natural intonation? She doesn't normally speak with projection ('out of breath') or much of an accent.
