What are your Favorite Monsters (by monster, I mean any non-human being whose mere presence can inspire fear in the hearts of those who observe it).

All of mine are from the Resident Evil games.

Tyrant (massive skering claw)
Cerberus (freaky mutant dog)
Licker (giant longue can skewer a human. massive claws and gross body)
Nemesis (HUGE undead killer. Has organic whips to pierce and lash targets)
Wesker ('double-agent' kind of scary)
