Unarmed combat to the death.

If there is such a thing as Buffy or DarkAngel EU, they will not be considered canon in this scenario (only the TV-shows are canon).

Too bad the this pole only has ONE CHOICE, and would require Buffy at least to be very out of character. She doesn't kill people.

I already posted a similar thread where Max fought another Slayer Faith.

Basic concensus was that Max would win because Faith has little skill.

Buffy on the other hand, has a lot of skill, and is very good at improvising in the middle of battle.

Also, Buffy is much stronger than Max (full ton of power more than the Dark Angel).

Buffy wins this one. Not much harder than beating Spike for her.

(and yes, their is Buffy and Dark Angel EU. Novels and a Game for DA and Novels and Comics for Buffy, as well as an RPG system and a Video Game for X-box ...the best game nobody played...)
