Stitch vs. Boba Fett

Sitch has escaped, and Boba Fett has been hired to capture Stitch alive. Can Stitch evade capture? Can Boba Fett stay alive? In this scenario, Stitch is armed with his 4 raygun thingies.
Note: Boba may not harm innocents, and has to try to keep a low profile.

Stitch would uttery own Boba Fett, be it in armed or unarmed combat.

It would be well nigh-impossible for Boba to track him due to his amazingly heightened senses, and even then Boba would have to kill/restrain him, which is no easy task...

Stitch seems pretty cool, but his weapons are weak. Even the scientist was able to catch and throw back the blast from the plasma gun.
Also note that the scientist had no trouble getting Stitch in his sights from ~200 yds, and the only thing that stopped him from pulling the trigger was the wildlife expert.

Ooooh, tough one.

Bobba fett clearly has the massive equipment advantage. However, end of movie Stich becomes virtually invincible. His ONLY weakness is his inablity to swim. He could probably survive the first hit from a blaster attack (in the end, he survived the house blowing up, jumping off a flying airplane to land on another, being burnt off with jet engines, bouncing from mountain peak to mountian peak until he hits bottom, then the explosion of a gasoline truck he used to propell himself through the cockpit of the spaceship).

However, Stich's long range weapons probably aren't that strong. The Scientist clearly had super-strength and durability (not everyone can survive being smashed by Blue Catch Buggy) but the blasts he fired only scortched the ground, and an overloading blaster just blew up a house, and could be jammed with a carrot. He would need to use the blasts to lay down supression fire until he can go close range and go for the kill.

Also, what are the stipulations on Fett's bounty? Could he incite Stitch into combat, then waste the whole island, invoking self-defense as an excuse? Or is it such that he receives no money if he's discovered?

Well, since Fett is supposed to keep a low profile, I'm assuming he's just replacing the scientist on the original movie mission, so there won't be any speeders handy (though cars will do in a pinch).
