Elemental vs. DarkTrooper or SD-10 plus more
OK, here is a bunch of Btech vs. SW scenarios:
1) Elemental vs. DarkTrooper
2) Elemental vs. SD-10 Wardroid
3) Atlas(or other 100ton mech) vs. X1-Viper Wardroid
4) Juggernaught vs. 100ton Mech
5) DarkTrooper vs. light mech(15-30tons)
1) Elemental vs. DarkTrooper
2) Elemental vs. SD-10 Wardroid
3) Atlas(or other 100ton mech) vs. X1-Viper Wardroid
4) Juggernaught vs. 100ton Mech
5) DarkTrooper vs. light mech(15-30tons)

Wait...crap, i said an Atlas might take a Viper? what the HELL was I thinking....
SD-10 is what I meant. Honestly, depends on what power you take for the Atlas (fall damage? GR power? and if so, from where?), and how powerful the SD-10's guns are: if they have any proton torps, it's all over--Megatons>BT armor. Even the blaster's might, depending on how heavy a heavy blaster is...

Well an X1-Viper can likely take any punishment an Atlas would throw out energy wise, but it'd die from KE weapons.
Heavy blasters.. hmm, I dunno, the weapon on the Probot in TESB had a max setting of a 100-500MJ done on the estimates of it totally vaporizing a Wampa in the novellisation

Still can't find the edit: to go into detail:
Going from falling damage calcs (IIRC, been a while since I saw them), a GR has about the same power as a WWII tank gun. It does 15 damage, and an Atlas has about 20-30 on it's front.
Going from the novels, you get 8 shots/ton for a GR (some of that will be ammo feed...), and a speed of Mach 2. (though I recall somewhere seeing it described as "Hypersonic"...no evidence though, can't find quote) This gives you a good bit more power than a modern tank gun.
Finally, using Battlespace (the space version of the game), fighter GR's are the same as mech GR's, and have a speed of ~34km/sec, giving it GJ firepower.
In any case, far less than what SW kicks out, and the Atlas flank speeds at 54km/h to boot.
Elemental has 10pt. armor, plus one for the man inside, carries a 3 hex range weapon (90m), does 3 dmg. also carries 2 SRMs (270m range, 2 dmg each), with two more reloads for the SRMs, and a light MG. runs 10km/h or so, jumps at an effective speed of 34km/h or so.
light mechs--depends on the mech--speed generally doesn't go above 130 km/h, as you sacrifice either guns or durability (once you get by the armor) to do so. (my favorite has 20 dmg capacity-one PPC, 2 lasers.) there are a few really fast mechs >170km/h, but they mount shit weapons, very rare. scouts mainly. armor protection hovers around 10 pts.
Expecting a mech to hit up a juggernaut (AT-AT first cousin), or X-1 Viper (which rips speeders out of the air...) is ridiculous.

While the DT is a good weapon, they are fundamentally anti-infantry weapons. This isn't a fair matchup. Its like asking a soldier with a light sniper weapon to go head-to-head against an M1-Abrams.5) DarkTrooper vs. light mech(15-30tons)

Although once you factor the assault cannon in... which has plasma shells and high-power detonite rockets...
