Scourge the Heretic by Sandy Mitchell [WH40K]

Post by Luzifer's right hand »

I got Scourge the Heretic while I was at Worldcon in Denver and recommend it wholeheartedly.
It's not pure condensed awesome(unlike the Ciaphas Cain novels) but it's is still far better than the Heresy novels.
I enjoyed it about as much as the last two Ravenor novels.
I asked The Lord, "Why hath thou forsaken me?" And He spoke unto me saying, "j00 R n00b 4 3VR", And I was like "stfu -_-;;"

It's pretty good. A sequel is due out at the end of the year, thank the Emperor.
The Excellent Prismatic Spray. For when you absolutely, positively must kill a motherfucker. Accept no substitutions. Contact a magician of the later Aeons for details. Some conditions may apply.

hmm, i missed all the buzz about this one. One sentence synopsis maybe? I never trust the stuff you read from booksellers, they always try to make it sound "gripping!"
Coyote: Warm it in the microwave first to avoid that 'necrophelia' effect.

An inquisitorial band investigates a bunch of mutant heretics on a planet somewhere, cliffhanger ending.
