Terminator: The Sarah Jane Chronicles (RAR!)

So, one day, a sufficiently powerful and petty entity decides that it wants to swap one Sarah and Son for another, and switches Sarah Jane and Luke from the end of Season 1 of the SJA with Sarah and John at the start of the Sarah Connor Chronicles, and gives them a brief rundown of their current situation. They are stranded without their gadgets, information networks, or any of the allies from their own timeline, but equipped with those of the Connors instead. For the purposes of the scenario, assume no one knows the changed has been made, so that Skynet et. all see SJ and Luke as the Connors. How do the Smiths do in place of the Connors? How long do they survive, if at all?

Similarly, how do the Connors as of the end of the season do in replacing the Smiths from after the pilot onwards, similarly filled in with Sarah Jane's tech and support network?

I liked that we now have a T1000 in the show, if we'll see it destroyed the conventional way. I thought of other ways to destroy it, what about heavy gamma rays, or sulfuric acid?
