withought trying to kill each other, since whoever knows or watches LEXX knows that Kai cant die. With that who do you think has a better chance at collecting a Bounty on a person that can evade Bounty Hunters like Han can Boba.
in my opinion the only way Boba could beat Kai to the bounty is if he is able to mess up Kai's motor cells and he cant move like in episodes 3.06-.07 of LEXX.

Kai is pretty tough one-on-one, but he's never had to compete for a kill before. He's also prone to overconfidence, marching right into situations without bothering to assess them first, assuming that his regenerative ability will make him victorious.
