It would be a total bloodbath. This would be hidious. The Necrontyr have in the past wiped out all advanced lifeforms from the universe, or at least this galactic cluster. The Necrontyr Have prodigious technical abilities, slightly more advanced in many areas than the culture, and slightly less than them in others.
Speed
The Necrontyr are very, very fast, Their ships take less than a second to cross the milky way galaxy.
The culture are slightly slower, It taking a few weeks.
Construction size.
Dyson Spheres. Both have them, though the Necrontyr's are industrial centered and the culture's are habitats.
Total Industrial Capacity.
60,000,000 BC Necrontyr- Unimaginably Huge
Culture - Huge
AD 40,000 Necrontye- uncertain, though doubtless less than the culture
