Starfleet vs Thrawn; With Equal Ships

Team A is composed of every major Starfleet captain or admiral. In the (paraphrased) words of B&B, 'Continuity can go to hell', so Kirk will be serving alongside Picard.

Team B is composed of a variety of misfits; Khan, Ender, Lex Luthor and Peter(Wiggin?).

Team C is composed of Thrawn.

Each team is given 5 planets with similiar resources placed relatively close to each other. Each planet has one major city defended by a small battalion of soldiers and a few static, orbital weapons. Each team is also given a Systems Commonwealth battle group with a full, utterly loyal crew, but the Novabombs are not onboard. The AIs are working, but may not offer tactical advice or interfere with the course of the battle.

Each time is given 10 months to familiarize themselves with the tech. After that, the battle begins. The objectives are to capture the other ten major cities, but you must completely destroy the enemy battle group.

Ender is not a Strategist; in Ender's Game, he was given control only during the battlefield situation. He never had to set up troops, deal with logistics, etc.

True, but in this sitation, logistics, battle formation, intelligence, will all be an important part of combat. You specified 5 planets; which planets do you take out first to maximize your gain is up to the commander. Ender has never proven capable of doing so.

In addition, Ender has never proven to be capable of taking a human life. In order to be effective, you would need to trick Ender again; that would of course, require hiding certain information from him, which could be a massive setback when you're faced up against other military minds of similar calibur.

Furthermore Endor was highly effective aginst his target because he was linked to them, He got inside the Bugger mind so to speak aurgably better than Thrawn does on avarage, However- Ender is SPECILISED, He only knows how to fight one enemy and that enemy helped when they tried to take him over but instead gave him deeper understanding of them

But his brother Peter Wiggin has. He's supposedly every bit as good as Ender; Battle School wanted his abilty but he was a sociopath. Which is another advantage he has over Ender, he won't have a nervous breakdown when ordering his men out to fight. What it'll come down to is Peter vs. Thrawn. Who wins is anyones guess.

Peter was booted out because he was TOO aggressive. That is a weakness in combat. And that was why they asked the boy's parents to have a girl. They did, and her name was Valentine, but she was too cautious. They didn't kick Peter out because he was a sociopath, per se, but because he was a danger to his own forces.
