Right from the 40k universe the Psykers versus the Force users from Star Wars.
Chaos Psykers (includes Daemon Princes/Possessed)
versus
Darksiders (includes Sith Lords etc)
"Good" psykers (includes all forms of Imperium Psyker)
versus
Lightsiders (all "not evil" force users)
No enhancing technologys allowed...i.e. Sith amulets, Aegis suits, etc.
Then just a general rating of the powers of each side 40k/SW)in the following areas, and who you think is best.
Precognition
Telekinesis
Energy manipulation(fireballs, affecting forcefields that sorta shit)
enhancements
combat
mind control/manipulation/invasion
communication
defensive capabilitys
combat capabilitys
biological manipulation( stopping peoples hearts, slowing yours etc etc)
and finally...weird shit...like teleportation and arcane stuff like that.
For combat capabilitys I think we should leave Space Marines out of it, because Space Marine psykers are a little too hard...

OK, I know jack shit about psykers, so uuuh, is the best I can think off.
About the teleportation stuff, its a force-power too, but only the Aing-tii monks know it though and they have only taught it to one person so far(who wasn't even really a jedi, just got a bit of Jedi infused one could say through healing technuiqes).

40K psykers in both cases I think.
they're just too damn powerful.
both 'evil' and 'good' psykers (the powerful ones) can decimate cities if they really want to, especially if they're an alpha + psyker. those things are just plain nasty (just one took almost 900 down before it was captured, and this included other psykers, space marines and guardsmen, all whilst taking down a good chump of a city)

To be specific, when that Alpha+ went to ground in the cannery it took three days, and the lives of 800 imperial guardsmen, 62 astropaths, 6 inquisitors, and 2 space marines to root him out. The fighting leveled everything within a 3 square kilometer area (and this was in a hive city so that's a LOT)
Another Alpha+ (this one a child) was able to simultaneously decieve the senses of a space marine and force a veteran inquisitor (who was a psyker himself and trained to resist such things) to blow the marine's head off then put the bolt pistol to his own head and pull the trigger.
