I had this funny thought.... What is Berman and Brage get their hands on pokemon.... What if ash , pikachu, misty, brock and team rocket were part of B and B

Do you mean if they were in charge of the original anime or in charge of the English dubbed version?

I pick the second, but can't think of anything because it makes my brain hurt too much.

Ash: I choose you charmander...

Charmander: Char char...

Charmander tries to fight the psychic pokemon only to find it is ineffective...

Ash misty and brock have a meeting...

(Warning: Treknobabble ahead)

Ash: My charmander can beat him because he uses a phased-subnuclecionic mental barricade

Misty: I do believe we can rig up a Neutronic phased phased shield to block him.
