Psychic Pokemon should take it. However, what power scale ARE the Pokemon on?

Electric pokemon could do it. Don't even need the psychic or ghost.

I just realized that sufficently high Pokemon could level the multiverse and bring to fruitation a terrible reign of darkness easily lasting forty thousand years and plunging the myriad dimensions into an aeon of strife, warfare, and oppression under the heel of a dark and sinister xenophobic government of sentient beings with the capability to annhilate worlds at a whim.

Summon the Netherese. Call the Saiyans. Bring the Amberese. Come forth the Towers. Forward the White Rose. Ride out the Valar. Hail the Xelee. The long night is coming. We must prepare.

Buggers?
The buggers are NOTHING compared to the powers mentioned there...

The buggers are a single race within a single galaxy that couldn't even defeat earth. Most of the powers there could cause the entire galaxy to cease to exist. The Amberites and a few of the others can cause this entire universe to cease to exist.

I repeat. The buggers are nothing.

Um...yeah, which doesn't change the fact that a single Xelee ship could wipe them all out.

True. But my point stands. The buggers could even take out Pokemon.

Unlikely. They are a communal hive-mind. If the Pokeys can cause the queens to go insane, the Buggers are fucked.

This is true....but it would be any one of them, not just the queen.

Xeelee, hmmm, look its a race of insects. They appear to be hostile. Destroy that section of the galaxy with a single shot.

Amber, hmmm, an aggressive race of insects. I haven't used my sword in a while, I'll take them hand to hand. Or just collapse the universe and move on.

Pokemon, pika pika?

Pikachu uses lighting! - Buggers lose 41hp! - Bugger Queen is stunned
*stunned*
Pikachu uses outright cuteness! - Buggers go insane! - Bugger Queen explodes!

Don't the pokemon weigh in at about 10 pounds (4.5 kilos) each? I don't think they stand a chance against much of anything, though their psychic attacks may be useful against comparably-minded opponents.

How about 100 random Pokemon fans against 200 Rexes?

That depends on the Pokemon. Cause any of the high or mid level fire, or lighting elementals could take down a T Rex, an ice one could take down a few T Rex's as well considerring that they are cold blooded. And honsetly a single Onyx has to be worth a few dozen T Rex's, at least.
