Conditions: Simple only one man is walking out alive, Spike's motavation 60 Billion Dead or Alive for Vash, Vash's motive, Mille and Meryl are being held hostage by unknown force who is doing this for entertainment, the conditions are if Spike wins the girls are killed and he collects the 60 Billion on Vash, and if Vash wins he and the girls are free to leave no questions asked, they both must fight or all there lives are forfited, the mystery man is at a remote location several kilometers away watching via CCTV, and there are hundreds of goons nearby all well equiped and trained to handels these two and prevent them from escaping before the conculsion of the fight!

Vash will let himself die, Even when the Girls were held hostage it took Legato to FORCE Vash to hold the gun to his head and even then it was rougly twenty seconds before he shot

Spike will give him none of those options

You're kidding me, right?

Vash can knock bullets out of the air with thrown rocks, dodge bullets by predicting their path (and making it look like he was just fooling around), take out 100 gunmen without killing any of them when he was in an open field and the gunmen were all behind cover, and take a haymaker in the face from Milly Thompson. He will wipe Spike all over the floor.

Ok, here's how it will go down. Vash and Spike will duel it out not being able to hit each other. Afterhour and a falf, many speed loads and extra clips later. They will stop shake hand and flip the camera the bird. As you see Spike doesn't like being anyone's pawn, and this has compleltely forggoten the majority of the supporting cast. The Mastermind will turn armound and find a very pissed off couple of girls (Now Free), Wolfwood & Jet Black. He'll get an even worse heart attack when he finds out what Faye, Ed, & Ein did to all of his bank accounts.

Spike NEVER tries to kill when going for a bounty.
Vash HAS killed when the two girl's lives were on the line.

Vash disarms Spike, tries several ways to get out of the situation with no one dying, and in the end kills Spike since it's the only way.

This is on of the dumber Vs. topics I always seem to come across.

Vash's weaponry is leaps and bounds ahead of Spike's. CB was set in a more realistic world, so this fight really isn't even fair.

Hell, Vash is leaps and bounds ahead of Spike in a pure gunfight, even if you stipulate equal weaponry.
