Those first 10 minutes of BSG just blew away the last 2 hours of Stargate, which were pretty fucking sweet themselves.

The first time I saw that ship that wasn't a bad blurred shot, I thought, "city ship". And goddamn but was I right. :D

Frakking sweet. Kinda expected Cain to say something like "Frakking bitch...just like me."

Agreed, and Old Plympto gets the cookie from the nBSG Season 2 speculation thread for his prediction of the resolution. :) BTW, could a mod add a (SPOILERS!) tag to the thread title? Thank you in advance.

I'm still shaking. That was just too damn awesome. And that ship! It was damn near a cathedral!

Did anyone get a better look at the closeups Caine was looking at just before the break?

Nitram, slightly high on cough syrup: Do you know you're beautiful?
Me: Nope, that's why I have you around to tell me.
Nitram: You -are- beautiful. Anyone tries to tell you otherwise kill them.

I think he's still shaken from what Cain's XO told him about her first XO.

I liked the bit where the Pres said that Pegasus would win in a battle with Galactica and Adama said "I wouldnt count on it."

Did anyone else think that the shotless fighting was much more dramatic and cool then any fighting with shots?

"You've got to kill her"

"What the hell are you talking about?"

I almost missed the rest of the conversation because that had me laughing.

No...she's just displaying she understands what being President means...

Making the tough calls. She know Cain doesn't acknowledge her authority, and Adama does.

Shit, I thought she was joking at first.

The great thing about this show is that there's no one "sage" character with all the answers all the time, like so many others. Sometimes I agree with Roselyn, other times Adama.

Has anyone else noticed that the commercial breaks are unusually short?
