I've gotta go with Arcanum, you have super-powerful mages as well as decent tech...

I mean, who doesn't think that Magnus in power-armour with an autocannon would have Gimli for breakfast?

And, of course, my uber-tech 50th level sniper, with maxed out thief and tech skills, looks like the 19th century equivelent of Enemy at the Gates- the Gondorians will know fear.
