Hmm tough one, well not part A.) Yep I'm going with Damien, he's Satan, the Anti-Christ, piss him off and well...
2.) this though I'm going to disagree with people and say Franklin Richards, this is the Psi-Brat who created his own Alternate Universe where he could send his parents and friends too to avoid Death at Onslaught's Hands. This is the boy who in an Alternate Future becomes Galactus, who can decide what age he feels like being at any given time, and become that age. The only limit on him is that he's still devolping his powers.
