Batman with maybe 10 weeks of planning...he might nudge some weirdo Bat-trick...but one on one with who right there is better.

Sory Vader hands him his cowl the instant he ignites his lightsaber slicing that first Batarang out of the sky.

Keevan sat in rapt attention watching as the two dark shadows in capes moved towards each other. He personally hoped this fight would be worth the money he paid to see it...
Suddenly in the centre of the arena one of the compiteters ignited something that looked like a lightsaber. As it bathed the arena in a pale red glow the pointed ears on his opponents outfit could be seen, looking like a menacing cross between mickey mouse and a starfish....
Suddenly the pointed eared competitor threw some sort of weapon. It arced gracefully through the air towards the lightsaber wielding cloaked figure. Just before it his him it stopped, turning around in midair and heading back....hitting the pointed eared one square in the chest and staying embedded there....
A faint murrmur of something that sounded like "all too easy" came from the arena as darkness was restored as the lightsaber was turned off.
Keevan swore a lot about the money he had just wasted....

If Bats had preperation and such he could pull a Dark Knight Returns and have ysalamri (or however the hell you spell them) and have weapons and items made just for eliminating Vader.

Keevan watches as the figure with the sabre returns to the arena....suddenly an armoured car comes screaming into the arena drving straight towards the armoured figure.....at the last moment he leaps into the air, cracking the engine block in two with his saber and pluning it into the driver.....

(not to mention what would happen in BatTech v. Tie Adv.)

Call me jaded....or....he can TK the batmobile and smash it off the walls till its the bat pancake....its not likely to turn out well is it?

Using "The Dark Knight Returns" again, he does have a Bat-Tank which has an alloy that, quote "the only thing that can pierce it is not of this earth", referring to Superman.

Yeah so? It's not perfect, and so what if you're too weak to draw on the force to be quick enough(do not forget, the force is fucked up in AOTC) to block, or physically exhausted?

Batman's more of a detective than a slugger; presumably he'd use Character Shielding to survive long enough to kill Vader's life support gear. You can't kick ass if you can't breathe.
