Jedi power of suggestion,
Bene Gesserit Witch Voice,
Preacher's Voice of God
Wonder Woman's Golden Lasso.

Of these, which is best?

I say Preacher voice of God mostly because of how literal you had to take the meaning...

Defintely Preacher, none of the others match the duration of the effect. 3 million grains of sand, counted over six months, beat that Obi-Wan.

Don't know about the preacher, but Runelords fantasy novels beat everone else. One of the main magic systems of the books deal with taken a persons attributes and given to another person. Voice endwoments can get so powerful that the main badguy:
Caused an entire castle's defenders to open the gates to be slaughtered and welcome him in as thier king.
Destroy the same castle's walls when another king takes it over.
Causes the same king to breifly fall into his control, though the king was dead set against him.

Powerful stuff.

Preacher's Word Of God stopped an unstoppable killing machine that butchered a tank battalion and then laughed off a nuke. He killed a man by telling him to die, and made others spontaneously combust by telling thbem to burn. It even works over the phone.
