Simple enough, Shall we ban Pavel as I've recived Several(Read over ten) requests from people to have Pavel Banned

I liked the flesh eating bacteria, as it has the least likely hood of spreading to others. Besides his diseased flesh would be too cruel for use on creatures more complex then single celled animals.

Ban the little shit. He's worthless and is starting to creep out the members, especially the female ones (or at least the ones he believes are female). He's been a blight on the boards and there is no reason not to ban him.
