I want to accommodate as many people with as diverse and flexible a set of schedules as possible.

This is one reasons I made the 'micronation' thing explicit: micronations are good for people who have weird little one-off ideas they want to explore without making major waves in the game. They provide a way for someone to do a 'drive-by' participation for a short time, without leaving behind a screwed up game map, since the micronation can usually be relocated or removed without serious consequences that hurt other players.

Also, I decided where I want the SPACE VIKINGS to be. J10 is right next to one of my colonies and it fits the image I'm going for. Does that work for the SPACE VIKINGS?

EDIT: And yes, it is necessary to make SPACE VIKINGS in all caps.

I'd be interested in some 'fluff' trade - I haven't got an NCPs left, but in-character lots of my smaller polities wouldn't have the technology to build quality ship parts and the larger ones would have no motive to sell to them.

You do know that trade routes don't necessarily have to be bilateral, right? The Arcadians can easily link their outgoing trade route to you, and you don't have to reciprocate if you really can't spare the NCPs for additional outgoing trade routes.

I'd totally love more incoming trade routes to the Authority! Though we're fresh out of ones to send to other people though.

And now people are coming forward. Though I only have one route left (I did send one Shinn's way). So do I trade with the Space Greeks, or the Authority...I'll get back to you guys on that later...

I have one more trade route open, though not sure who to go with. I want to pick someone physically close by, and won't know that till the map settles down a bit more.

Of course that shouldn't stop us from doing "Fluff" trade routes... I would imagine, for purposes of making stories, we can "trade" with lots of other people.

Well I WAS Hoping to take the spot almost exactly where THE BEES are in the most recent map:
But now I am looking at the space either between THE BEES and Shinns group of nations, Or just behind Darkevil, between her and The League, which would put you right behind me.

Wich puts me out of contention since I'm right next to Sol...anyway, I've decided on those two trade routes...one to Shinn, and one to Esquire. Assuming no one else who has one to spare comes to me wanting a route. Which would make my list of trade routes: One to Bastian (bilateral) one to the Holy Empire, one to Space Greece, and one from the Nation. Unless I missed someone.

Umm...Crossroads...it might be a good idea to not tick off the guys with 3 (or was it 4?) 900 point warships. I certainly wouldn't be any help to you, since my largest ships are 600 pointers...

Actually, I have 6 900 point ships. It's just that three are carriers and the rest are pure warships.

Which proves my point! It would take all of my super-dreds just to take down your battleships, let alone the carriers. And as a micronation Crossroads doesn't have my resources.
