Oh please. He says "we won't demilitarize", we say "we won't sign a treaty if it doesn't gain us anything", and then he storms out over something that should've by all rights been public knowledge. If he'd said "we'll withdraw to x level in return for your recognition of us as the guy in charge" or something like that we would've had something to negotiate about.
