Should any member nation partake in military campaigns, commitments or initiatives, then other FUNGAL AXIS nations can volunteer their assistance.

As for my nation's size, I'll admit I too rather lack a sense of scale and will have to consider the size of my nation. Though it'll probably be the default Zor listed. Should they decide to move to the II Republic and enter one of the following university courses: electronics, information technology, mathematics, physics, naval engineering, mine engineering, nuclear engineering and aerospace engineering, they shall receive basic accomodation at the government's expense, and be automatically granted limited citizen's rights.

Upon completion of the course and a two-year period of military service (unless he completed military training at his home country), such a student shall be eglible for accomodation stipends for the following six months, and be granted full citizen's rights upon receiving a diploma.

The King feels that PeZookia's students should be given the freedom to decide where they should live and study. The possibility of mass emigration to more prosperous countries is being carefully considered, but we feel it would be unfair to expect our allies to share with us their most precious treasure - their bright and able youth - while denying them the same from us.
