I just realized that I can shift some of my faction points around to make my system values more legit.

Since I haven't had occasion to bring any of them to bear, would everyone be okay if I shifted around my faction abilities, and added one that lets me have systems worth more than 25 points? (I'd still have to put the industrial points into building up any system I capture, additionally, my counter-espionage, and logistics skills will remain the same)

That's "Take" as in the western pronunciation. Not "Taki."

The following worlds are now in the free republic of Makay from turn 2 onwards. I dont have names and descriptions for many of them though.

Republic of Makay
Quixa system:
1x4 Quixa. A planet of marginal habitability owing to the limited biosphere and an atmosphere only breathable due to the terraforming machines in each city. These machines a remainder of the imperial terraforming effort make the planet's bleak surface a cut above the other planets in the system as a place for the human masses.

3x3 worlds other worlds

Godwin's hope system
2x5 worlds

total 23 points

Behold a mighty minination is born.

So, turn 1 is now over. Can we get with the politicking at Moloch?

I interpreted what i writ as Melusine saying to send a shuttle over with the Melconian diplomats aboard it to discuss aboard the Claw eternal flagship, nevermind though either way.

Also just so i know who's on my hit list what's Nashtar's opinion on aliens?

Whoops on my part. The Melconians would probably be coming over to your ships eventually as my post could be taking place over a few days/weeks or whatever in an attempt to cut out all the longwinded talking that goes into diplomacy and simply get to the point :) .

Two alien species live within Nashtar and are full citizens. Incidentally, a regiment of Zambarim fighting the catgirls would be... interesting, since they're essentially four-armed Wookiees with the strength to match and enough coordination to wield an assault rifle in each pair of arms. :P

Cute, Crossroads. Very cute. It's hard for them to be unhappy when they live in a mind control dictatorship :?

Tell me about it.

Having not really paid attention to the Molochi Summit before, I'm presuming all former Imperial powers were invited? I saw the thread and thought it was a meeting between some particular factions, not a general conference.

The nonhuman/radical evil fringe powers despite the tag saying turn end will continue their diplomacy in the main thread as we've been doing.

Yah, come on in. I would advise against bringing any Xenos though. We have 3-4 factions that would come gunning for you just for that, and the syndicalists might not be too happy either, with the Chamaran thing just over.

Please; we know better. :D As anyone who played in STGOD4 should know, though, I don't send my diplomats to first meetings without a show of force.

The Syndicalists believe in the brotherhood of the working class of ALL sentient species, and would not mind any aliens whatsoever.

Yeah, that's one Dauntless (40+10O+5D+5C3) and two Kensingtons (20+10D). I considered more, but I think that should be sufficient. :P And yes, I know you're going to tell them to leave, which they'll do; seeing them is enough.

The Humanist Union (at this point) wants nothing to do with xenos, but they're not exactly going to bust out declarations of war on-sight.

Of course, the average Nordkaldian isn't a perfect syndicalist, and there's a lot of xenophobia anyways- like the Soviets were officially athiest, but had many orthodox practitioners.

You're not supposed to be. If you were, I'd have brought a main battle fleet; the point is to demonstrate that I can build capital ships heavier than almost everybody else, and have enough to casually send them gallavanting off to random conferences. Now could you please answer so I don't have a battleship that I can't actually afford to just leave hanging around simply sitting there? :P

Incidentally, query: Just how much C3I is in that system?

Total C3I in system is like 60ish points. Single ship total is 10.

I have to go to work, so I won't be able to update stuff til about 10pm central time. Sorry guys.

So if a ship with a stealth rating of, say, 11 were to be hanging around, could the fleet's combined C3I assets detect it, or would it require a single ship with at least 11C3?

Edit: Edited my post in the summit thread slightly; I got ships mixed up. The admiral raises her flag on the fleet carrier.
