Yivginy seems to be pretty much OK, at least I hope so. That's what really matters.

EDIT: The negotiations between Herr Hoffman and the Council of Technarchs are now over, ended in the most appropriate fashion possible. Well, OK, I can think of at least two more appropriate endings, but they wouldn't have been fair under the circumstances.

See how easy that was, LoC9? I'm sure that didn't hurt at all...

Honestly, I couldn't begin to guess. My best guess is that for some reason the Sheppoes have an irrational fear of retaliation from nuclear-armed dolphins of some kind, but I too would like to know...
