I posted Shroomania's supersonic airline plans with Byzantium, like, a couple weeks ago I think.

The Sonic Cruiser is not the M3 Airliner, they were two distinct programs and the Shrooms happened to be part of both.

And, Jesus, you're using almost THE EXACT SAME PICS Coyote has been using for his Canissian zeppelin transporters.

I DO Have other pics you know, and really, how many designs are there going to be if you want to keep things realistic? I've done some heavy scanning in google and so far that design is the best, most others are either "fantasy" airships or designs overblown and so extravagant they would have no usefulness.

As far as time goes, I am not trying to directly compete with modern jetliners for transportation, mearlly offering an alternative for those that don't feel the need to rush,

Air McMillan joins Mach 3+ Freighter/Liner team

If we're part of the Sonic Cruiser thing and the M3 thing, then I guess there's no point in the Shrooms making another supersonic plane if we're already helping build one...

Unless that supersonic plane I'm on about is meant to be some not-so-near future design that will be introduced some time after the M3. Or will be a supersonic airplane that fills a different role than the M3 (different size? *shrug*).

But since we're already part of the M3, then I guess there's really no need to go off and make another supersonic plane.

Hey, Shroomania invented the Concorde. That means we're bringing a bit of experience-base for the DOMINION M3 project.

Is it possible for the Shrooms to NOT get sued if, after they helped in making the M3, they decided to pursue another supersonic aircraft that's not an exact copy - but is bigger/smaller/different than the M3?

(How big is the M3? Does it fit with the design of that picture I posted?)

Since then Dominion Boeing has taken over the running of the M3A program, so they have both planes(Paul, the Huang Di, Lord Fairfax etc. Fly in Dominion Boeing VC-30s/M3As)

Hmmm...nope. The M3A was the first large Mach 3+ program, you were part of it, it would not be too hard to say that you took a lot of the nuts and bolts with you to the other program.

Also, it isn't like TEN YEARS(it's only 2018, I believe), and the M3A came out in 2015(with initial design starting with the after the Pathogen War). Which implies you were running parallel development of the other M3 airliner while coming off of the Dominion M3A team.

There are plenty of precedents for this, especially if I recall the NGF competition or something of the like in the US involved one company straddling on both sides of the competition.

And yes, after you shoved us off all the projects, you will get a boot from our courts since you annulled all the agreements and I never signed on for the M3 whatsoever. And ballyhoo me since you should have known Air MacMillian was involved in a big joint venture company with Byzantine Aeronautics from the very beginning. Perhaps you should have booted Air MacMillian as well.

Maybe in that ugly spat between the Dominos and Byzantium, Air MacMillan could've been kicked out since MacMillan is in a partnership with Byzantine Air - which is why it's Byzantine Air MacMillan.

(This could be WHY Shroomania hasn't bought Sonic Cruisers or M3s yet, since we got kicked out of the deal?)

There are plenty of precedents for subcontractors on multiple competitor teams(hell, my piddly lil "Woman/minority own" small company is in that situation right now), but once the contract is awarded it becomes a serious conflict of interest.

Yeah, you did. Either OOC in the MESS thread or in the OOC thread in STGOD, otherwise I wouldn't have listed you as a subcontractor. But like I said, I'm not expecting much succcess in taking legal action against the Byzantine Empire. Shroom, on the other hand...

I suppose I could point out that there is ample precedent with the game for "I missed it, so we need to RETCON it"(like, say, with Stas getting a bug up his ass and trying to shoot down every satellite the MESS put up).

But for in-game purposes I'll say that the the Dominion Boeing M3A team was waiting for an actual product before determining whether or not legal action could be taken.
