I'll get into it in a later post, but Seagrace isn't doing things as spur-of-the-moment as it appears; she's been using her influence as a high aristocrat and senior fleet commander to get untrustworthy people sent out of the country - and guess who the conspiracy running things gave the assignment of commanding the new carriers?

Why, yes I did, Shroom. Like I mentioned earlier, it was a good idea at the time, and I just couldn't resist. I actually considered asking Thanas for help with a proper German translation at one point, but then I thought it'd be funnier if the Volksies couldn't even speak their own language properly, because I'm positive that what passes for their German is absolutely riddled with grammatical errors.

It's too bad most of the good Downfall parodies were purged from YouTube long ago. I'd actually follow up on your idea of the Volksie dictator surviving his assassination, going insane, and spending his time holed up in a bunker watching animus and doing other random shit. I guess we'll have to settle for the trials, tribulations, and misadventures of Standartenführer Markus Steiner, then. It's a big galaxy, and there's still so much for him and his crew to do...
