Actually I did not know that we got three free Fort levels, just means I need to pay for one level then.

The location on the map is perfect, thank you.

And my troop numbers are going up in just a few minutes.

The Principality of Novgorod is no more, only a new province of the Red Tsardom where once it existed.

Oh, and Congradulations to the Newlyweds! :)

Actually, we aren't all "RAR!!! BLOOD FOR THE BLOOD GOD!"

In actual truth, we are happily willing to offer friendship in exchange for

1. Conversion (I'm actually quite flexible on that)
2. Join the Great Crusade

So if you want help to get rid of that oh so irritating neighbour, yeah.

It would be my pleasure. Just sign on the dotted line, and we'll be the founding members of the Grand Alliance. All those who consort with demons must be destroyed, preferably with fire! :D

Karmic Knight, Shinn Langley Soryu, you can come too.

The wonders of magical observation. My wizards watched the battle, and they watched you and Shady walk off together, chatting happily. What else would they conclude?

Oookk... In that case I will use similar tactics in the future then.

And also, erect wards to ward off such magical observations.

An extremely logical plan. I intend to implement a similar one immediately, though warding armies in the field will likely take Epic Magic.

No need. Just graft the damn ward onto everyone's armour.

Hmm.. I should look into upgrading my guns as well... shouldn't take too much... Alchemy ensure extremely nice metals are available for use.

HMS Warrior had breechloading gun and Rifled Cannons existed during the Civil War, you lazy fish. :P

I guess I'll up the value of my frigates, cruisers by 50-100 gold and battle barges 100-200 gold to account for any future upgrades in weapons.

There ought to be enough leftovers I should think.

A lot of us are getting around the loss of metallurgy technologies by using Alchemy.

I would point out that in the 1600s, there already existed cannon foundaries in Constantinople, Venice, Genoese or any power that worth a damn then.

There's plenty of difference between 1600 artillery and 250 fucking milimeter breechloading guns. The Armstrong guns installed on the Warrior were 180 milimeter 110 pounders. If Zor can produce his WWI battleship guns and the ammunition necessary, it means he can steamroll every single power on the continent since he's two hundred years ahead from everybody else in industrialization. He pretty much admitted to having mass produceable percussion cap fired brass ammunition for his rifles, too.

Don't you guys have the magic to match? Mind you, he still has to follow the point system.

Well, yeah. I mean, my heavy infantry is worth about as much as his strieltsi, so presumably they wear enchanted armor resistant to bullets, but I fear any battle would become an argument worthy of Shep himself about technical trivialities.

Plus, I will have to bullshit around thinking up magical tricks :P

Baerne already did that with his peering into magic spheres. I'm letting that go because it's a game and there's a structure behind it, not like the other STGOD game where things are ambiguous as hell. Mind you, my idea of heavy infantry is 300 points for 100 men.

Well, serves me right for buying huge amounts of spellcasters. Though for some reason, I don't have any 1000 point despots :P

2000 points actually.

Actually, Langley has "800 point for 100" bodyguards. I have that as well.

Same here. I may have started that, though ;)

BTW, I calced my current provinces at 40+40 (me and denmark), since the eight conquered ones are going to be sucking up 200 points per turn, rather than paying it...

Which gives me 16 000 points, 10 000 is spent on army upkeed.

That means I can equip all my archers wif gunz and bring them up to strieltsi level. Hah! :P

I will also buy motherfucking giant eagle cavalry!
