Folks need to remember that, publicly, there is not enough naval/Marine power off Vinland's coast (even with both Canissian & Old D combined) to be a threat. It is a "show of resolve" at most; but the stated purposes are to evacuate foreign nationals. In a country where the entire previous government has been frog-marched out and shot, I think it is fair to assume that we are seeing a lot of business.

Well, for one, it's talking about me. Beo, Coyote, and Lonestar can speak for themselves. For another, I have to wonder at the factual accuracy or what, if anything, you're attributing to me.

Tian Xia did indeed start a mission of sorts in the CFR, and those two task forces do in fact exist. Now how you choose to spin those events is between you and Ryan and, frankly, is an IU matter. But saying there's "interesting chatter" from my base where absolutely nothing out of the ordinary, except reasonable precautions during unrest within the host country, is rather, well...odd. Now if that's some form of hyperbole and you're just making it up for whatever reason, fine. But if you're going with the assumption that there are any 'interesting' communications from the base in Syl well, you're wrong. There isn't. So either you RPed something my people aren't doing, or that was just a flat out lie you told to Gero. If it's the former, yes I have a problem. If it's the latter, well, that's your business.

Nobody else has a large enough carrier fleet to be able to support building more than 1 or 2 at a time and most folks don't have enough of a fleet to subsidize having a fleet carrier facility constantly operational...in other words Fleet Carriers should be taking a LONG time to produce because everyone is gonna have to do everything from scratch even for a conventional carrier.

I do happen to have 10 or so Ticonderongas which are essentially sitting there doing nothing because they are in mothballed status.

? The Bush was 8 years total. The only real discrepency is that the Bush took an extra 2 years before laying down.
