(Preliminary logo - will be changed when I have more time)
Statement of purpose
The I.S.C.A. is an international body, established by several shipbuilding nations of SD.net world, in order to efficiently and rationally manage construction of merchant vessels, passenger liners, private yachts, oil tankers and other commercially utilized ships.
It administrates shipyard resources submitted by all member states, processes ship orders and conducts research and development by handing out contracts to companies in member states.
I.S.C.A. also provides investment into shipyards in smaller states.
The I.S.C.A. also creates and distributes a yearly "Burly Shipyard Worker Men" callendar, featuring the most manly and ripped and hard and sweaty shipyard workers from all I.S.C.A. member nations.
Organization
ISCA is run with funds provided by member states ; These funds are spent on R&D, prototyping and shipyard investment.
Funds are allocated yearly ; Allocation is agreed upon by all member states, with no veto power. A 2/3 majority is required to approve the yearly budget. All member states have the same voting power, regardless of amount of monetary input.

Products
The I.S.C.A offer has expanded massively in the three years of its operations. Currently, the Agency offers a wide selection of ships of various makes and models.
The Fast Commerce Ship
A merchant ship designed for speed. It is powered by a steam turbine, making it very fast
and fuel efficient at speed. It carries a crew of eight, and has a deadweight cargo capacity of 15 thousand tonnes, making it one of the bigger freighters currently in operation in SD.net world.

Draft: 6 meters
Maximum speed: 32 knots
Cruising speed: 25 knots (very fuel efficient at speed)
Deadweight Tonnagge: 15 000
Cargo carried: containerized, palletized, loose. Easy to modify for liquids.
OPTIONAL: Weapons package. 2x 20mm cannon, basic anti-missile system (capable of intercepting low-speed RPGs and old ASMs), two machine guns.

The Automated Commerce Vessel
Representing the pinnacle of currently available robotics, this vessel is a small, autonomous and modular ship, designed for completely crew-less operation.
It is fully automated ; Meaning it requires to crew at all to move from place to place. It can dock and leave port automatically, as well - though many port authorities prefer to use tugs to move it out.
It also has modular fittings for easy conversion without the need for a dry dock. Several modules are available, including fishing assemblies or oil tanks.

ISCA Heavy Patrol Cutter Pr.2101
CG image of HPC Pr.2101 underway
This vessel is the heavyweight of ISCA's proposed coast guard cutter family. It is a medium-endurance, open-ocean capable vessel able to operate a single helicopter off its flight deck.
Equipped with modern communications equipment, infra-red detection systems, radars and sonar, the cutter can operate in all weather conditions. It is also equipped with a small on-board hospital, carrying equipment to treat hypothermia, lacerations, infections and gunshot wounds.
The HPC Pr.2101 is intended to serve as a base and co-ordinator of search and rescue efforts, pirate hunting patrols and relief missions. It can deal with any sea state and continue operating, and its helicopter hangar allows it to effectively cover a large search area.
Specifications:
Lenght: 122 meters
Beam: 12 meters
Draft: 6 meters
Displacement: 3 250 tons
Top speed: 29 knots
Armament:
2x 40mm autocannons
1x 76mm cannon
1x Ultrasonic "Pain Inducer"
1x ARENA anti-RPG defence system
Typical crew: 100-130 personnel, 20 marin
All weapons are remote controlled from the bridge. The bridge itself is equipped with armor capable of withstanding 12.7mm machine gun fire and shrapnel.
PRICE: 95 million USD
ISCA Light Patrol Cutter Pr.2102
CG image of HPC Pr.2102 underway
The LPC Pr.2102 is a light gunboat designed for rescue operations, pirate hunting, revenue collection and safety inspections. It is lightly armed, but still equipped with modern electronics and heavy enough armaments to deter any pirate ship.
Light and affordable, the Pr.2102 cutter can work in concert with naval ships or the HPC pr.2101 to effectively patrol large maritime areas.
Specifications:
Lenght: 30 meters
Beam: 6 meters
Draft: 2 meters
Displacement: 400 tons
Top speed: 32 knots
Armament:
1x 40mm autocannon
1x Ultrasonic "Pain Inducer"
2x 7.62mm machine guns
Carries a Zodiak-style boat.
Typical crew: 8-10 personnel and 5 Marines.
PRICE: 35 million USD
ISCA Light Patrol Hydrofoil Pr.2103
CG rendition of a Pr.2103 hydrofoil
The Pr.2103 light patrol hydrofoil is a coast-guard use fast hydrofoil equipped with light armament and top-of-the-line electronic equipment. It is designed to respond rapidly to any pirate incidents. Being first-on-the-scene, the Pr. 2103 hydrofoils are equipped to deal with initial threats by themselves. The ISCA recognizes that even if boarding has already taken place, a quick response can often mitigate the damage and deal with pirates without endangering the crew of an attacked ship.
This is why the Pr.2103 hydrofoil carries a huge array of detection gear, two pain-inducer nonlethal weapons and a full squad of Marines.
Specifications:
Lenght: 20 meters
Beam: 4 meters
Draft: ~1 meter when not on foils
Displacement: 150 tons
Top speed: 62 knots
