The CityMind
- Ages ago it was nothing more than the primary AI for the massive colony ship Teknotron-1. However when a Deadly Organic Plague Ravaged the Colony ship as it was approaching it's destination, the AI lept beyond its original functions and grew in scope till it could develop a cure for the deadly plague. The Kushawni people we're so grateful for it's help, they delegated it a position of power of the new colony as most of the old leadership had been killed by the plague.
Over the next 100 years or so it expanded till it became the De-Facto ruler of the Kushawni. Despite it being one of the very few pure AI's, it is Fiercly loyal to Humans and burns to see the Imperium remade and reborn.
Captain Theodore Moz
One of the oldest still serving Captains in the Kushawni National Gaurd, Moz is a master of large capital ship engaments and is feared and admired among his peers for his firm unbending yet devastating tactics in battle. He is a firm Traditionalists and a believer in the doctrin "Talk softly and Carry a big stick"
Richard Eckkerson
Richard is a Class5 CyberHuman That forewent his orginal Organic form long ago to become a "Computer" when he joined the Kushawni National Gaurd. He started as Ships Computer abored a simple Destroyer and work up to BattleCruisers where he served under Theodor Moz. Recently The CityMind has taken interest in him and has used him as a Liason abored the Bentusilon tradeship
Eddison Palasmo - (DECEASED)
Was once the oldest large Tradeship "Pilot" Eddison has been the computer to tradeship Deuces for well over 18years. He is a seasoned tactician and vertern of the National Gaurd and became a Tradeship Computer to 'retire' After the Draft of tradeships from the Citymind, his Experience has been invaluable in organsing the other large Tradeships into military service.
Eddison was killed at the Battle of Makay when Xeno Xeno controled human forces turned on him and his escorts
Genea Solwynn - For all intensive purposes, someone who should never have amounted to much. She was constantly expected to not pass or fail in school and at jobs, yet she seems to succeed no matter what task she is given. After being denied a Military position, she went on to become one of the most esteemed, if horribly reckless, civilian cargo pilots. Currently in the civilian armed Conscripts.
BusterMachine #14
Long time friend of Genea Solwynn. Currently second in chain of command of the Buster Corps Elite Military Constructs.
BusterMachine #12
#12 is perhaps one of the most heavily visably modfied Machines in operation. More than a decade ago
BusterMachine #8
Currently the Oldest serving BusterMachine, #8 is the current Commander of the BusterCorps and is revered among his peers. His Buster is considered an Ancient modle but has been moddified so many times he is easily on par with even the newest Machines.

OOC: Please note that tidbits concerning activity prior to the reboot will be adjusted/removed as necessary as things develop. For now, those commanders lost in the Haruhiist engagement should still be considered missing/dead, though obviously the navy has replaced its losses since then.
Brookes, Abigail
Military Rank: Admiral
Commission: Battleship HNS Victor Aliyev
Status: Living
Abigail Brookes is the commander of the 3rd Mobile Unit of the Humanist Union Navy. She is currently the youngest of the serving admirals, and is indeed one of the youngest female commanders to ever hold such a rank. Admiral Brookes is famous for her loud, confrontational nature, her relatively good humor, and her notoriously short temper. Her strong-willed nature has netted her few real high-society political allies, but she is enjoys the support of the common Union citizen as the "people's admiral," an image resulting from her youth, her outspokeness, and her "realistic loyalist's" approach to the New Humanist creed; her strong support throughout the populace has her referred to at times as "today's Anya Paterson," though the two women differed greatly in temprament and style. Admiral Brookes is one of the more aggressive commanders in the navy, frequently advocating incursions by the military against the myriad of despotic states left in the wake of the Empire's collapse. In battle, Brookes is aggressive and willing to take risks, but does not flippantly dismiss losses nor leave others in the lurch. Admiral Brookes is known for her love for cigars, a habit that does little to endear her to her more spartan compatriots. Surprisingly, she has a (mutual) liking for Admiral Felix Lenaard, though the two bicker constantly on most issues.
Erikson, Craig
Military Rank: Lieutenant (Diplomatic Corps); political officer
Status: Living
Ostensibly a career diplomat on loan to the Humanist Union's navy, Erikson is a blandly pleasant man in the way required of diplomats: he is attractive, easy-going, relaxed. He's not easily riled or startled, and hides his emotions well. These things also serve him well in his "real" role as a political officer of the Union's Internal Affairs department. Only recently assigned to Admiral Brookes' vessel, he was discovered almost as swiftly as his predecessor. Unlike his predecessor, he was not seduced and humiliated by the admiral, and the two get along famously, with Erikson's identity known only to her and an intelligence officer named Rudolf Vogel. The Internal Affairs Department, apparently resigned to the idea of Brookes discovering their plants aboard her ship, have left him in place. Erikson is competent in both his role as a diplomat and as a political watchdog. He is surprisingly cavalier and cynical when it comes to the New Humanist creed, a characteristic that was part of why he was assigned to Brookes: it was felt it would make him harder to discover. Despite his personality, Erikson is viciously loyal to the Humanist Union.
Lenaard, Felix
Military Rank: Admiral
Commission: Battleship HNS Cameron Wallace
Status: Living
Felix Lenaard is the commander of the Humanist Union Navy's 4th Mobile Unit. A meticulous, quiet, and mildly effiminate man, Admiral Lenaard is considered by most of his fellow officers to be apolitical, a person who prosecutes his coveted command role without either scandalous or orthodox political leanings to color his actions. Unassuming and relatively unambitious, Lenaard has reached his current position mostly through caution, calm, and competence. Lenaard is a man of many acquaintences and few close friends, but the network of allies he possesses is extensive indeed: his hard-to-offend nature, combined with his bland-as-rice politics, make him quite safely dependable. In combat, Admiral Lenaard is known to be unflappable, and it is here that his ability to command most shows: he is a front-line commander willing to hold the line even in extreme situations. His dependability and unshakable calm have rallied more than a few task forces throughout his career. Felix Lenaard is known for his particular dislike for pirates: he served aboard a planetary defense corvette before being given a commission into the "true" Union navy. He is known even now known for tenaciously pursuing and rooting out pirates whenever he gets the slightest whiff of their presence. Admiral Lenaard collects and repairs antique timepieces as a hobby, something at least some of his peers find ridiculous but reassuringly bland in the typical Lenaardian way.
Mori, Ryoko
Military Rank: Lieutenant (Intelligence Officer)
Civilian Rank: Sociologist
Status: Living
Another Intelligence Department loan to the navy, Ryoko Mori is a competent sociologist whose career seems to be on the fast track for success. Quiet and polite, Mori endears herself to her fellow staff aboard the Victor Aliyev quite effectively. Observant by nature, she is known also for making frank and no-nonsense deductions and conclusions when called upon to give her professional opinion. As a sociologist, her primary role places her as an advisor for diplomatic encounters right up to prisoner interrogation.
Paterson, Anya
Military Rank: Vice Admiral
Status: Assassinated
===To Be Updated===
Petrov, Ivan ("Father")
Military Rank: Vice Admiral (ret.)
Civilian Rank: (Informal) Dictator
Status: Living
===To Be Updated===
Ferguson, Roland
Military Rank: Vice Admiral
Commission: Battlecruiser HNS New London
Status: MIA
Roland Ferguson is the vice admiral of the Union Navy's 3rd Mobile Unit, and the commander of the battlecruiser New London. One of the older living naval officers, Ferguson has served in the Union's civil war and in many of the conflicts since then. He was among the forces "loaned" to the Imperial navy during the Enclave-Empire war, and has fought against Imperial forces and pirates since the closing days of that war, as well. Ferguson is considered by many to represent the Humanist Union's official mindsets: he is cold and calculating, and very conservative in the spending of resources. His bridge is considered one of the more difficult to serve on in the third mobile unit: Ferguson is constantly rotating officers out who do not earn the prestige of their positioning or who fail to compare to up-and-coming officers. Perhaps most significantly, he is considered somewhat fearless: his subordinates rally around his proud bearing and willingness to do deadly things where necessary. This steadfast nature, when combined with his relatively skillful command, makes him one of the more respected commanders in the third mobile unit.
Kyznetsov, Vladimir
Military Rank: Captain
Commission: Cruiser HNS Radiant Dawn
Status: Living
A naval officer known for his communistic leanings, Vladimir Kyznetsov came up through the ranks of the navy as an Op/Def officer aboard the heavy cruiser Timber Wolf. Somewhat eccentric by naval officer standards, Kyznetsov made a negative personal impression upon many of his peers despite his professional abilities. Not even a militant meritocracy is free of political wheedling, and this fact affected the path of his career: Kyznetsov spent a brief stint as the Captain of a 150-class tactical cruiser when he was finally promoted. For an officer who had served as an Op/Def, being handed a poorly-armed support vessel was more of a punishment than a promotion. Rather than sinking into a depression or simply going through the motions, Kyznetsov proved the worth of himself and his crew in multiple engagements with pirates and Traditionalist remnants, managing to capture the attention of some of the Union's ruling inner circle. Kyznetsov was transferred to the Radiant Dawn and has served as its commander since then, acquitting himself with the same level of professionalism as he always has.
Vogel, Rudolf
Military Rank: Lieutenant (Intelligence Officer)
Civilian Rank: Psychologist
Status: Living
On first sight, Rudolf Vogel fits the somewhat fear-tinged stereotype that seems to be applied to all intelligence officers: he is tall, gaunt, and soft-spoken; clean, businesslike, and clinically detatched. Flat cybernetic eyes only seem to enhance this quietly menacing nature. Though he is very much deserving of his image as an intelligence hatchetman, the mystique that surrounds him is perhaps overstated. Originally a psychologist in the Union's Criminal Rehabilitation Department, Vogel's massive success in a myriad of cases saw the navy approach him for employment in the Intelligence Department, where he would be put to work cracking prisoners of war, or, more frequently, space-borne criminals. In this role Vogel has more than adequately acquitted himself: an aging man, he should at least be a captain by this point. However, Vogel has intentionally avoided promotion, preferring to work hands-on. A close confidant of Admiral Brookes, Vogel is the only other person aboard the Victor Aliyev besides the admiral herself who knows of Craig Erikson's status as an Internal Affairs political officer. No love is lost between the two men: as is typical of relations between the Intelligence Department and the Internal Affairs Department, they despise one another. Despite his rather omnious aura, Vogel is a surprisingly genuine man: even today, he is in contact with countless former patients who regard him as everything from a friend to a surrogate father.

-Lady Dawn / the Golden Lady (Lady Lilandrin "Dawn" Breeker)-
The deified founder of the Dawns Star Empire, and the head of the local pantheon. Was a high-ranking Imperial commander who for reasons unknown decided to reform the Imperium, and her exploits are the stuff of legend. After establishing the Dawns Star Empire, she marshalled a fleet of warships in preparation for her journey to Terra, but she dissapeared just prior to the fleets scheduled departure from the world of Aura. To this day, the military presence in the Nevardis system awaits her return. She is usually worshipped as the goddess of martial prowess, though justice and reform are also attributed to her domain.
-Regent Lord Anarion Belanor-
The current Regent Lord of the Dawns Star Empire, it is his duty to see to the safety and prosperity of the Dawns Star Empire until either the selection of his successor or the return of the Lady Dawn. Prior to his appointment as Regent Lord, he served several terms in the military, was inducted into the Sol-Touched, and served a term as the Proctor of Tycho.
-Lady Colonel Aester Lux-
Aside from being a capable commander, Lady Colonel Lux is also a ranking member of the Sol-Touched.

Personnel of the Molochi Deathpact
The High Thirteen-
1. Allimen Jonstown (478): Allimen is an extremely old and powerful member of the Deathpact, and is the unnofficial leader of the high thirteen. Despite his age of 478 years, he appears to be a man in his late twenties to early thirties. He is a general in the Imperial Army, a stage 6 technolegionnaire and considered by many to be the most competant tactician within the Molochi Military. He is also a brilliant strategist, combining this with an affable personality and steadfast leadership style. He enjoys board games and is close personal friend of many members of the High 13 and Ghost Council. He is a bright, and intelligent old man, and his political styles reflect that, wishing primarily for stability and internal prosperity, with a wary eye to quick solutions and aggressive political or military maneuvering. He is an anchor to the more aggressive members, and his leadership position is given by their respect of him.
2. Shebe Carlito: This fiesty woman is often considered to be the right hand of Allimen. She is a close friend of him along with her husband, leader of the Ghost Council Gustav Carlito. She is an extremely fierce and decisive leader, curt, terse and efficient. She is a general in the Imperial Army, and a stage 6 technolegionnaire. Oddly, she also has an extremely soft side, especially when it comes to her 'sweety' Gustav, and is a doting and occasionally paradoxically submissive wife. Widely considered to be the second most powerful person in the Molochi Territory, for her military connections and marriage to the man considered by many to be the most powerful.
3. Darien Viest(277)- The left hand man of Allimen and enforcer of the High 13, Viest is nicknamed both 'zombie' Viest and 'the undead' for his proficiency in staying alive. He has logged more combat injuries than any technolegionnairre in history, has been declared dead by Imperial Military Censuses 67 times, and has acquired a reputation for the insane bravery and ridiculous competence he has displayed in combat. He is a stage 7 technolegionnairre, and a general in the Molochi Special forces. He is also personal commander of the so called Apocalypse squad, the only squad permitted to use the extremely rare Apocalype class Medium Imperial Power Armour. Viest is a crass, sarcastic and brutal member of the Deathpact, with an odd sense of humor crafted over his long years of service. Because of his numerous injuries, Viest shows almost no real sense of self-preservation, perfectly willing to take almost any non-fatal injury to accomplish his mission. Viest is the longest serving member of the Special Forces, having survived over two hundred years. Has had an on and off relationship with his former wife and the mother of his son Hallabria Viest Westmore. Viest was transferred to the suicide squad only a month after his son was killed in combat. As Imperial Commander Keithen Toph described him "this was a man who experienced the ultimate loss, and hit the pits of hell at the bottom of man's soul. Whereas others would collapse or begin to pull themselves back up, Viest simply walked through. He is a monster who beats out his sorrow against the opposition. The enemies of Mankind can learn from Viest. He is mankind, with all humanity beaten out of him, continuing in holy pursuit. He is human anguish incarnate."
4. Hallabria Viest Westmore(249): The former wife of Darrien Viest, and the only other centennial member of the Special Forces. The daughter of the extremely wealthy Westmore family, she has a number of siblings with whom she has some distant contact. She is the second in command of the Apocalyse squad and a general of the special forces. She is a brilliant and determined woman, who has built an exceedingly tough exterior around a fragile core. She goes by the pet name Bri, but will only allow Darrien to call her by it, although she will let other of her closer friends/colleagues get away with it occasionally. Fierce but humble, Hallabria represents the nobility of the Deathlords well and is often used to keep various sects of the Barony in line.
5. Parijacklan Declaux Roos: The last stage 7 technolegionnaire in the Deathpact along with the Viests, Parijacklan is a General in the Imperial Army, and is most notable for his face, which is covered in the scars he acquired in the Vigilis campaigns and the tattoos which cover the rest of his body. The tattooing is a singular panoramic view of the skyline of Belial, the scars on his body appearing as scratches upon the window the scene is being viewed from. Before the scarring Jack, as he prefers to be called, was extremely handsome and quite popular with women, including his rather excessive and decadent sister Claria Deliline Roos. In reality, despite his headstrong nature and fearless combat prowress, Jack is awkward around women is interested in, such as Lizel Clancy of the Deathpact. Jack is good friends, and a common rival, with Darrien, and gets along very well with Hallabria. In combat, Jack is a monster, a clear student of Viest, crushing opposition with strong-armed tactics and an astute understanding of the fighting prowess of his men and allies.
6. Jericho Reid: Capt. Jericho, he is the supreme leader of the Molochi Naval Command, and a very superb space strategist. He is amongst the least enhanced of any member, only a Stage 5, and as such avoids the physical confrontation present amongst some of the members. Is good friends of most all the High 13 and is the nice guy and joker of the group. He is a bolsterous and kindhearted man of 310 years, although he has the most boyish body of all, appearing little older than late teens/early teens. Despite his reputation as a jester of types, his sense of humour is kind of old, stogy and just not that funny, which somehow enhances most of his attempts. The kind of man you want on your side if you have to snorg a Jovian Eliphanorous.
Kaoru Steffen: This stage 6 technolegionnaire is probably the second most respected member of the High 13 after Allimen. He goes by the name Kay as he finds his first name to be, in his words "quite lame".

-Disclaimer-
I reserve this for characters who have gotten significant face-time in this or the preceding STGOD; important characters like the Lady in Red are being excluded until they get more in-game screen time. Also, important characters from the first game who are not appearing in this one ( a certain Makayan resistance fighter who is probably dead, for instance,) will not be included either. And YES, that picture of Ekatrin der Anjivic IS a woman. She doesn't have to be pretty to get the job done.
The Chairman: Current elected head of the Council of High Syndicates on Kaldigrad. Currently un-named, seemingly only a functionary for the debates in the Council.
Foreman Eberhardt:
Representative of the International Union of Admirals and Naval Staff Officers to the Council of High Syndicates. He was a decorated Lord Admiral in the old Nordkaldic Royal Navy who saw service in combat against the Konig as well as in a number of police actions at the behest of the Kingdom's terran masters. He has great influence among the old guard in the Naval Militia Unions, but his aristocratic past undermines his position in the High Council. He fosters a strict dislike of the politicking and factionalism of the Syndicalist government, and has worked in the past to foil Council policies he believes are inimical to the safety of Nordkaldia and it's citizens. One of the few living humans in possession of the Order of Holy Terra, the highest decoration available a servant of Earth.
Comrade-Admiral Ekatrin der Anjivic
Nordkaldic Commanding Officer of the Black Banner Fleet during Operation Triphammer, the invasion of Chamarran occupied Makay. She is a competent, severe, and no-nonsense officer who saw service both under the Union of Nordkaldian Syndicates and the old Kingdom of Nordkaldia. Her political inclinations are unknown.
Andre Tell:
A Syndicalist envoy or representitive of uncertain position and ethnicity; he is a personal confidante of the Chairman and has been dispatched to the Molochi Conference. Fastidious, neat, and an asshole.
Comrade-Private Methau Emmeal:
A Caliphegian Private in the 32nd Shock Army. His unit was one of the first planetside during the Syndicalist invasion of Teldus during Operation Triphammer. He survived heavy fighting and a moral weapon attack, albeit with the loss of his legs. He is currently in a field hospital in the Salient on Teldus, awaiting replacements. Unlikely to survive the week.
