Haven't seen all of TLJ ICS yet but yes the Supremacy had at least some CGI parts, while the TFA book had a whole load... Most if not all looks CG-ish.

They put fusion reactors in the Supremacy though... why...
Isn't Hypermatter more efficient?
I guess fusion fuel sources are more available... They can probably produce it on the ship.

I've been wondering, fractal, just how you create such incredible detail.

Is each part done by hand, placed pre-made, some combination? You put an amazing amount of effort into these.

IIRC he has a bunch of greeblies pre-made. Gun turrets, pipes, hull plating and the like. Combine that with a basic texture. Something along those lines.
It's a strange world. Let's keep it that way.

Some of it is in a premade collection, some of it I do new for each ship, which then goes back into the collection.

Honestly, really amazing work so far, way above my limited game model kitbashing abilities.

The TLJ ICS merely highlights #5 and #6 fusion reactors. The TFA ICS (copying the older ICS) already says that the fusion reactors are a component for the operation of hypermatter-annihilation cores on large starships. There's no reason to assume the Supremacy is solely fusion powered.

Makes sense Vympel - perhaps they are both pilot reactors as well as auxiliary ones.

Fractal - any plans to continue work on your fleet acclamator? It looked pretty cool.

Looking good Fractal. What comes after? Theres still the least-known clone-wars era republic battlecruiser class to do...No official image and a decent amount of info. including general shape, cost, class and details.

(If anyone gets this I'll be impressed, its a really obscure legends vessel from an RPG that is pretty hard to find, and doesn't show up often - read ever. It is official however)
