Where do you think the term "Imperial Smackdown (tm)" comes from? I may be mistaken, but I believe Mike has made quite the many wrestling references. And I happen to be a fan of Pro-Wrestling myself.

Yes, me too, I just find the ones that post things like Stone Cold would trash an entire imperial garrison by himself because the Ewoks trashed them in RTOJ very annoying.

My brother is a fan. I haven't watched it since I was a kid and Hulk Hogan was the guy.

Hulk Hogan *still* thinks he is the guy...he also doesn't know that he's *WAAAAAAAAAAY* too old for wrestling...him and Ric Flair...

Two or three years ago in one of his formal announcements. He clearly stated that there is no hell. The worst punishment you can get on this life or the other is the absence from God.

It made big on the news at the time, and a priest friend of my parents (a really clever man, he has a PHD in physics and knows science) talked about it a lot. Nobody in the Church, except the more hardcore fundies, already believed in the flame-pit idea of hell. Those had to swallow a really big toad, because of the Pope's infability idea

I was watching Smackdown a few months ago, during the stuff between Ric and Uncle Vinny, and Ric was walking backwards up the ramp to leave, when he got hit in the face with a water balloon. I've got an AVI of it around here somewhere.
