A roommate of mine had nine foot red-tailed boa. He fed it rats. It would stay in his room, outside it`s cage, and one day I noticed two juvenile rats in the bottom of the "feeding theatre", standing on their hind legs, hugging each other pitifully.They were too pathetic and cute for words. Being the nice guy I am, I decide one would become my pet. It was the coolest little critter. It ate out of my hand, would come to me when I called it (her). She shared her cage with a rescued feeder mouse, also. I know rats spread plague and all, but after that, I`ve always had a soft spot for them.

I must confess to having done some truly horrible things to wild rodents in my early youth, not limited to strategic placement attacks and projectile rodent insertions. Set also pays his share of the rent in rats, pigeons and other, less identifiable specimens of vermin.

This bastard, however, shall be made to weep and question his parentage by my hand.
