Bird of Prey?

I have been seeing these birds at work and have heard various things about them. Does anyone know what type of bird it is:

I know it is a bit grainy although I might be able to get better pictures in teh future.

Which coast/area you are on would help a great deal. But from what little I know, it looks a little like a Turkey Vulture. I'd have to dig our my old Hawk guides to be absolutely sure.

Looks like a Turkey Vulture to me as well. Many of them around here.

Tidewater area and looking at more detailed pictures, I would have to agree.
