Well atleast I am a rare one. It seems I am one of the few people who do not develop anti-bodies to Hepatitis-B, it's been over 6 months and 5 shots and no antibodies yet. This really sucks because of my GF being a chronic sufferer and us almost living together nowadays.
I haven't told her yet about this, just got a phone call some hours ago and they reccomended that we talk to a doctor about this, but what will they say that is usefull? I've been looking on the net for some info but not alot has turned up, I am also wondering about the possbility of alternative vaccines or treatments, I've been taking the Engerix vaccine and it has done jack shit to me.
So I'm a unique snowflake

Ouch.. I'm sorry you had to get that luck of the draw...
By all means, let your girlfriend know. Have you happened across lamivudine or adefovir? They're antiviral treatments, but I don't know if you've already heard of them or not - they're supposed to reduce the viral load.. although I'm not sure how much good that would do if you're unable to produce the antibodies. Anyaway, Hep. B is just like any other illness in one respect: if you unncessarily stress over your condition the symptoms - along with your psychological health - really will get worse.

I gather from your post count that you probably don't know the backstory but I am not actually sick. my Girlfriend however has chronic hep-b and thats the reason I got the vaccinations but they don't take. Thats the problem.
Also there was a period of several months in which we thought I was protected but wasn't(screwup with the nurse who gave me my results) and no protection was used.
I do not generate the antibodies in response to the vaccine(which is not a weakened version of the virus as some vaccines are but a recombiant vaccine produced from yeast) and I have not gotten infected either, even though by all accounts I should have multiple times already.
