Unsure if this belongs in SLAM, if not could a mod please move it.
What exactly is the Held-Karp lower bound on a given TSP?
I've seen it used as an estimate of the optimal tour length, but haven't been able to find a description of how to calculate it (approximate it, yes, but not calculate).
Anyone more up on this than I seem to be?
