Say you have a sphere of neutronium about 1 decimeter in diameter. How much would it weigh (ignoring the fact that it would explode immediately)?

The density of a neutron star is in the order of magnitude of 2e15 g/cm^3. Since the volume of a 5-cm radius sphere is about 524 cm^3, you have 1e18 g = 1e15 kg. I assume you're asking how much it would weigh on the surface of the earth. Since the acceleration due to gravity is about 10 m/s/s, you have 1e16 N, or about 2e15 pounds.
A Government founded upon justice, and recognizing the equal rights of all men; claiming higher authority for existence, or sanction for its laws, that nature, reason, and the regularly ascertained will of the people; steadily refusing to put its sword and purse in the service of any religious creed or family is a standing offense to most of the Governments of the world, and to some narrow and bigoted people among ourselves.
