I think it might be intended as a prank, considering that while the star is Zeta Reticuli, the site's address is Zeta Rediculis. Rediculis ~= Ridiculous.

The Zeta-Reticulis are very similar looking to homo sapiens. They tend to be tall, well-proportioned, with striking features, blue eyes and blonde hair. They are also referred to as "Norse" due to their similarity to all the nordic people.

Now I can't help but picture some poor human strapped face down on a table as a group of aliens approaches with the anal probe. The only sound he hears is a chorus of "Bork bork bork!"

(Honestly, how much Star Trek does these UFO theorists watch?? I'd expect a human/grey alien to look more like a Tau from Warhammer 40K or a Kaminoan without disproportionately long limbs)
