I kinda lost it and hacked him to pieces again and again. I NEVER let him forget what he said and I ALWAYS followed him from thread to thread to mock him and make him look like the fool he was. When the mods didn't stop any of us from harrassing him, he insulted the entire board by saying:

So if there is no afterlife then what do you have to live for?

Why should you presuppose that there should be a "meaning" to life?

If there is to be no punishment for doing bad things and no reward for being good then why not just do whatever the hell you want right now and live it up while you can because you never when you may die? If there is no God then there is no absolute Right and Wrong, only what you feel like doing.

It seems that you're saying "there is a god, so there is right and wrong" or "there is no god, so there is no right and wrong." That sounds like a false dichotomy to me.

This is why Atheists scare me because if they truely followed what they believed then they would not care if they hurt anybody else.

What do we "believe in"?

Idiots like that seem to feel that once God is removed, there is no more collective morality. Perhaps it would be too much of a stretch for him to recognize that morality is a societal concept (it has no meaning for a man isolated from all other people), and as such, is rightly regulated and enforced by human society, not the anointed prophets of some imaginary sky god.

I usually just ask them if they would rape six year old girls if God told them to. If they say no, then they have a morality outside of God. Same thing with if they say God would never order that. If they say yes then it's time to back away slowly...
