Not that I'm saying tresspassing is right or anything, but the movie theaters for the most part don't give a fuck about people sneaking in. They make their profits off the overpriced food and drink they sell.
Speaking of stealing, what the fuck are the movie theaters doing when they charge you 5 bucks for a friggin bottle of water?!
That's how they make their money. Box office money goes to the production companies, not the theater. The only way they can make a profit is to charge higher prices for food and drink.

Average ounce for a large is 44. Medium is usually 32 and small 24.

Popcorn: Large 125, Medium 85, small 42.

At least that's what it was when I worked in a movie theater.

And I would care if the employees that work at the theaters that I go to actually did their jobs well.

There are some occasions where I have snuck in, other when I haven't. Al I know is that ticket prices are getting Higher and Higher where I live. (in NJ) In NY it's worse, they are 10 dollars, over there. Where I live it's closer to nine. We are getting dicked in the ass over here.

I don't. I avoid it like the plague. That's why I have a rather large DVD collection.

I don't know, I've encountered people who seem to think its worse than murder, and those who do it regularly. From my point of view, its not that bad unless everyone starts doing it, because the majority of humanity seems to be at least semi-moral(or at least scared of being caught). People who get incredibly righteous about stopping the practice do piss me off though, there are much worse things going on that we should focus the effort on.

For me, sneaking into the theater and watching a movie is even easier than d/l'ing it off kazaa or something.

Do you think that this is worse than downloading movies/music/whatever, not as bad, neutral, what?
It's no where near as worse.

Downloading movies can get you into a lot of trouble. Sneaking into the movie theater doesn't deliver a Federal crime to your record.

You're boning everyone in the process. Especially those at the bottom end who work minimum wage at the cinema

How about movie switching? For instance, say I want to see Star Trek Nemisis (a friend's making me go), but I don't want to support the film. So I buy a ticket to the Two Towers and once inside the multiplex, walk into the Nemisis theatre. (And about 1/2 through walk out and into the Two Towers :).

Yes, but only because you left Nemesis. :D

So wait, which America is it you're talking about that has a high minimum wage? Because in the America where I live it's $5.15 per hour.
