Suggestions for Good Text on Omega-Stable Theories?

Post by Bottlestein »

Does anyone know any good books on Model Theory, especially Omega-Stable theories? I worked through David Marker's Model Theory: An Introduction a while back, but I need a more detailed book on Omega-Stable Theories. Model Theory isn't my field, so I don't know any good books outside of what people recommend. I'm getting a copy of Chang and Keisler's Model Theory, but I don't know if this text details Omega-Stable Theories.

I don't know if its okay to reply to your own OP. I looked through Chang and Keisler's "Model Theory" -and it is excellent! The references were very good for finding the stuff I wanted on Omega-Stable Theories, and the exercises are very well though-out. Like Marker's "Model Theory: An Introduction" it's a great undergrad intro to the field if you have some mathematics background - solidly recommended!!
