This was a grass roots campaign funded by private donations that gives children a little incentive to learn one of the basic foundations of judaeo christian philosophy for 10 bucks. I can't see any harm in this other that I believe the couple is a tad misguided if they think that just by learning the ten commandments it would deter anyone from comitting crime.
Ummmm, Stravo, we're not making a political issue out of this. We're just making fun of them for pissing away their money.

I think what's most wrong with all of this is that they were bribing kids to learn the 10 commandments. I don't understand how they could be so naive as to think this would somehow make children more moral when their method wasn't particularily moral in the first place.
